Sessions in the Pathways to Success Learning Track include:

Meet Us Where We’re At: Using the Model of Transformational Change to Develop Youth Transitional Jobs Programs
This session will teach participants how to utilize the Transformational Change Model to develop or strengthen a youth Transitional Jobs program. Participants will gain an understanding of the model's basic components and how the framework provides solid foundation for building strong partnerships between providers and youth, and forging attitude and behavior changes among youth Transitional Jobs participants.

Program providers from Youth Opportunity Boston will give conference participants a virtual tour of their Transitional Jobs program serving court-involved youth – including descriptions of work experiences and supportive services offered to participants, successes, challenges, and lessons learned.

Talking through the Challenges and Opportunities for Recruiting & Retaining Youth in Transitional Jobs Programs (Roundtable Discussion)
Many Transitional Jobs providers face the challenge of encouraging youth to enroll or stay in their programs for the duration on the work experience. This session will explore the challenges related to recruiting and retaining youth and strategies to help providers form partnerships with youth that are based on mutual ownership, accountability, and trust.
